Municipal Code Codification Services

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposals (URFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide municipal code codification services to the City of Newport News. Codification services to be provided include, but may not be limited to: supplementation services, online hosting services, proofreading, paper copies, electronic copies, samples, insertion guide and history notes/legislative history.
