Description
The City of Tempe (City) and The Town of Fountain Hills (Town) intend to establish an annual contract for Armored Car Services to pick-up sealed or locked shipments containing monies, checks and/or securities, receipt, and deliver in like condition to a designated consignee, according to the established route schedule as specified herein. Any and all contractual rights expressed herein shall apply to both the City of Tempe and the Town of Fountain Hills.
