ARMORED CAR SERVICE

It is the intent of the District to award a multi-term contract. The term of this contrac will be for 1 year commencing the first week of July 1 and renewing up to an additional 2 one-year contracts ending June 30, 2028. However, no contract exist unless and until a purchase order is issued each fiscal year. Failure to provide the required information will deem your response incomplete and non responsive. The District's decision is final. The District anticipates making an award by March 1, 2025 based on the following evaluation criteria which is listed in relative order of importance: 1. Ability to provide the service (Previous service record will be reviewed); 2. Cost; 3. Experience and expertise, 4. Overall compliance with terms and conditions, scope of work and other Quote requirements including the vendor's ability to provide all information as requested at the time of quote submittal.
