Description
The City of Fall River, through Fall River Emergency Medical Services (FREMS), is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide preventive maintenance, inspection, diagnostic, and repair services for its fleet of heavy-duty ambulances , in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B . This procurement is being conducted as a Request for Proposals (RFP) pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30B, §6. Award will be given to the responsive and responsible proposer determined to be most advantageous to the City , considering price and non-price evaluation criteria. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and award in the best interest of the City
