The City of Lebanon, New Hampshire is seeking the services of a contractor lawfully engaged in New Hampshire in the practice of providing and installing building management systems (BMS) to: replace the City's current 2012 Honeywell EBI system - R500 version 2 recently updated to version 5 install a new BMS per specifications provide initial and ongoing training provide recommendations for upgrades program new BMS provide ongoing system support Following the receipt of the proposals, CITY staff shall evaluate the proposals and review them for selection of the BMS Contractor who serves the best interest of the CITY. The emphasis in selecting a CONTRACTOR shall be placed on the CONTRACTOR’s ability to complete the work in the time frame requested, fee, responsiveness, and other criteria as listed below.
