CONS-22403 - USA (Ohio) - Design-Build Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide design–build services to the government authority located in OH. – This renovation will include: interior flooring and finishes replacement/refresh, mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades, IT network and infrastructure upgrades, SIM Software procurement, coordination and installation, card access, OR Sim room construction including existing room’s demo, reconstruction and structural upgrades to accommodate overhead OR anesthesia, equipment and lighitng booms.  (2) Pre–bid meeting/site tour will be held on July 22, 2026.
