QUALITY ASSURANCE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE TWIN CHIMNEYS LANDFILL UNIT 4 CELL 3

Greenville County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide construction quality assurance (CQA) services associated with the construction of Cell 3 in Unit 4 at the Twin Chimneys Landfill. The successful firm will be required to provide CQA field services in compliance with the “Construction Quality Assurance Plan” as included in the “Construction Documents/Project Manual for MSW Unit 4 Cell 3 Landfill Liner” prepared by HDR Engineering, Inc. of the Carolinas dated February 2022. Services shall be performed in a detailed, comprehensive manner to allow for certification of all aspects of construction contract. A report on the quality assurance services provided during the project will be required for submittal to the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC) within 30 days of substantial project completion.
