Vendor needs to provide project manager services to administer the life and long–term disability insurance to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM.– Collect, organize, review, and validate all experience, enrollment, utilization, and related data necessary for the development and evaluation of vendor proposals.– Identify and document the desired program structure, benefit offerings, administrative requirements, and coverage provisions applicable to each agency.– Provide input regarding current market conditions, carrier participation expectations, and recommended procurement strategies to maximize competition and value.– Assist with establishing and calculating the evaluation point summary, cost ranking, total awarded points, and best and final analysis, including the development and application of financial evaluation methodologies necessary to compare proposals across varying rating structures, coverage lines, participating authorities, and potential award scenarios.– Life insurance coverage is a combination of employer–paid and employee–paid coverage across multiple lines (Basic Life, Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D), Additional Life, Additional AD&D, Dependent Life, Retiree Life, etc.).
