Description

The Glynn County Board of Commissioners is issuing a request for proposals from experienced and qualified vendors interested in providing Holiday lighting and decorations for the Saint Simons Island Village and Pier Area. This includes the installation of new lights and decorations, maintenance for the time of the contract and removal of all lights and decorations. Glynn County does not wish to purchase the above, but rather rent for the time period indicated. It is the intent of the County to issue a contract for the 2024 Christmas Display as well as the ability to issue two optional renewal years covering the 2025 and 2026 Christmas Display period.
