Description
THIS PROJECT IS HEREBY CANCELLED The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) acting by and through the Tourist Development Council (TDC) seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide and install dune vegetation plants between R-92 to R-97 (1.1 miles) within the St. Andrews State Park, Panama City Beach, Bay County, Florida. The WORK will consist of providing and installing sea oats and panicum grass, spaced intermittently along the Gulf of Mexico dunes within the park with either 6 inch or 18 inch on-center spacing as shown on the DRAWINGS. The WORK is broken up into 8 segments as shown on the DRAWINGS, for a total planting area of 224,325 square feet. The total number of plants to be provided and installed is estimated at 518,109. Funding for the project may be made possible through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Grant Agreement Exhibit 4 and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by FDEP.
