Resilient Seated Gate Valves

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor for the provision of Resilient Seated Gate Valves on an 'as needed' basis to the City of Newport News (City) Waterworks Department, in accordance with the specifications of this IFB.
