ROLLING DOUBLE DISC SEATED GATE VALVE

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide Rolling Double Disc Seated Gate Valve, J&S Valve Model #7808, or approved equal. Any approved equal must receive prior approval from the Waterworks Department before the award. Specifications for the approved equal should be submitted along with the quote.
