M-NCPPC is seeking the services of a qualified Construction Management firm to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction services and construction services for Prince George’s Sports and Learning Complex (SPLEX) aquatics renovation. The CMAR services include design review and cost estimating of Construction Documents, value engineering services, constructability reviews and establishing a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the construction phase services for permanent site dewatering, Competition Pool area demolition and reconstruction, ADA improvements, aquatic center HVAC improvements and modifications, and miscellaneous maintenance improvements to the Competition and Leisure pool areas
