(1) Vendor needs to provide kitchen feasibility study and design services to the government authority located in Columbia, SC. – Study to assess the current infrastructure, workflows, capacity, and compliance with health and safety standards to provide a roadmap for future improvements, renovations to enhance operational efficiency and meet future demand. • Phase one: feasibility study– Existing kitchen assessment– Nutritional and capacity analysis– Equipment and technology review– Code and compliance review• Phase two: optional second phase includes creating detailed remodel or new construction plans.– Conceptual design and layout– Equipment and space planning– Utility and infrastructure assessment– Sustainability and waste management– Compliance and safety considerations– Cost estimation and budgeting(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 30, 2026.
