Vendor needs to provide AI supercomputing services to the non–profit organizations located in CO. – Implement AI infrastructure that can support research, development, demonstration, and mission–focused applications through public–private collaboration.  • Computing and infrastructure capabilities:– Provide information on opportunities for organizations to contribute capabilities that would support both the initial deployment and future phases of an agency that includes AI supercomputing resources.– Deployment of an AI supercomputer requires a deep, long–term partnership with one or more private sector integration or infrastructure partners.• Utilization, co–funding, and partnership models:– Provide information from organizations interested in using, supporting, co–funding, sponsoring, reserving capacity from, or otherwise partnering with the AI supercomputing resources within an agency.– Agency is interested in a variety of potential models for access, collaboration, governance, and cost sharing, including concepts that may draw on user facility practices, strategic partnerships, consortia, or other public–private arrangements consistent.
