SB90 External Claiming Services

You are invited to submit a proposal for providing professional consulting services to the County of Sacramento (“County”) for preparing and submitting SB 90 Cost Claims to the California State Controller for cost reimbursements related to state mandates. In addition, the contractor will develop, prepare, and submit Federal Office of Management and Budget Rules and Regulations 2-CFR-Part 200 (formerly OMB A-87) compliant indirect cost rate proposals (ICRP’s). Also, the contractor assists with the development and preparation of test claims to the commission on state mandates as requested by the county.
