(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, redevelopment, hosting, migration, maintenance and ongoing support service using Drupal content management system. • Require a unified CMS which will have multiuser roles, flexible site structure and an intuitive user interface for staff to edit content• CMS with built–in and add–in SEO, analytics and accessibility tools are required to ensure content is accessible to the public.• Websites need to meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards as a minimum.• Responsive design which is capable of desktop and mobile viewing. • A browse aloud accessibility functionality must be included in the build.• Website must be built on a Drupal platform, or equivalent.• Webpage style sheet exporting service must be possible and will be listed in costings.• Implement a seamless UI experience in terms of colour scheme and branding between our main websites and other linked sites.• Website search–bar (with autocomplete feature) on the main page
