Tourism Website Re-Design, Hosting, Maintenance, and Training

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposals (URFP) is to solicit proposals to design a new tourism website for the City of Newport News. The new website must reflect the reinvigorated and refreshed Tourism message and share information via words and imagery to encourage guests and residents to experience Newport News. The new website must provide users with richer content, easy-to-use travel planning tools, and reliable information about tourism opportunities in Newport News.
