Description
Seeking a New Haven Based youth serving community organization who has the bandwidth to manage fiscal needs of the YARD summer 2024 and summer 2025 Neighborhood Pop Ups (Family Fun Day) program under direction of the Youth and Recreation Department and its designee. Family Fun Day is an outdoor mobile community gathering where New Haven residents can enjoy free food, games, and activities for families and held once (1) per week for 6 weeks between July through August of 2024 (FY 25) and July through August of 2025 (FY 26) The soliciting organization will manage payment of subcontractors providing services for the weekly events. Selection of the subcontractors will be made by the Youth and Recreation Department with limited input from winning solicitor. Budget allotment is $75,000.00 per summer. This amount is inclusive of the maximum administrative fee of 5%. Tentative budget is $3,750.00 Administrative fee $71,250.00 Subcontractors. Administrative fee will be paid out twice during this contract at the beginning for the fiscal year.
