The City is seeking highly-qualified residential real estate listing brokers for its disposition of a real estate portfolio of approximately seventeen (17) vacant single-family properties. The City intends to divide its available portfolio as evenly as possible among the highest-scoring Proposers offering broker services. It is anticipated that each contractor will be responsible for providing these services for no more than five (5) properties.
