(1) Vendor needs to provide recycled water expansion system technical and economical evaluation service to the government authority located in Palm Springs, CA.        – Identify the benefits the recycled system expansion would provide in meeting the regulatory requirements.– Conduct a comprehensive economic and financial analysis of the proposed recycled water system expansion in accordance with the Guidelines.– The consultant shall review, interpret, and incorporate findings from each document into the analyses described herein.– Evaluate the technical feasibility of the proposed system expansion.– Incorporate updated technical assumptions into the economic and financial analysis.– A comprehensive technical and economic report.– Economic and financial analysis.– Recycled water system expansion feasibility study.– Cost–benefit analysis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 20, 2026.
