– Vendor needs to provide homeowners, flood insurance tracking and payment service to the government authority located in Rhode Island. – Track the hazard and flood insurance declaration pages.– Pay all invoices on time.– Provide phone–based customer service to our customers.– Online based system for viewing of bills, declarations pages, and reporting.– Provide electronic options for borrowers, insurance companies, and insurance agents to submit documents that were requested during outreach.– Paper invoices received by the firm will be scanned and uploaded to a web–based platform. – Web–based platform will be available for staff to review and download documents.– Document tracking and custodial services.– Policy tracking services.– Payment processing services.– Manage the process for placing customers on lender placed insurance.– Manage the relationship with our force placed insurance carrier.– Provide a weekly report that the processors can use to pay the hazard and flood insurance bills.– Track cancellation of policies and will do any necessary outreach to get an updated policy declaration and invoice.– Track missing documents, including master condominium policies, and do the necessary research and outreach to collect them.– Provide payment processing for insurance invoices and be able to update loan level disbursement transactions in loan servicing system.
