Description
The County of Greenville is seeking sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide property abatement and closure of unsecured structures. The services requested consist of boarding up/securing of vacant structures that have been condemned by Greenville County Code Enforcement. The County desires to enter into a one (1) year contract, with the possibility of four (4) annual renewals. The County reserves the right to award this project to one or multiple vendors. The County desires the contract to begin on July 1, 2024.
