TRAVEL-1665 - USA (Tacoma, Washington) - Children’s Justice Conference Service - Deadline July 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide children’s justice conference service to the government authority located in Tacoma, WA. – Providing the meeting space, catering, and audio–visual support for the 2027 children’s justice conference.– One plenary or ballroom space that can seat 1,300 attendees for opening plenary and keynote speeches. This space could also be used during breakfast and lunch.– Special requests may be made from presenters that may include podium, easels.– Full AV support for the plenary and keynote speeches. this includes screens, projectors, stage lighting, and microphones.– Standard AV supports all breakout rooms. this includes projector, microphone, screen, and laptop connections.– Event support including meeting facility support, security, ushers, and other staff necessary to successfully support this event.– Provide breakdown of costs of additional tables, chairs, linen, power access, and other misc. expenses that may be incurred during the final planning and event launch. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.
