(1) Vendor needs to provide art works conference planning services to the government authority located in Glen Allen, VI.– Provide conference planning, onsite management, and registration services.– Conference planner services to secure the contracts and coordinate logistical components for the lease of conference facilities and multiple meeting rooms.– All meeting spaces, parking, and any on–site restaurants shall be accessible/ADA compliant and shall accommodate the maximum number, or smaller, of anticipated attendees for each conference date.– All meeting spaces and areas in the hotel should be free of toxins, including mold and new paint, and no ongoing construction or renovations that may impede access.– Reliable, constant wireless internet accessible to all attendees shall be made available inside and in the nearby vicinity outside of all meeting rooms. – Onsite audio/visual technicians provide support to connect laptops to projectors, perform sound tests for house sound and microphones, as needed assistance to troubleshoot audio/visual issues and equipment malfunction, and maintenance of conference audio/visual equipment as required to remain fully functional throughout the event. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 02, 2026.– Small Business Set–Aside for Award Priority.
