Description
The City of Norfolk’s Department of Finance (the “City”) is issuing this IRFP to solicit proposals for a Contract with a qualified Contractor who can provide check printing and mailing services. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials (i.e., paper stock, envelopes if required, MICR quality toner, etc.) to print, seal, meter, and mail or hand deliver all check disbursements (i.e., vendor payments, employees payroll, retirees payroll, and Human Services) for the City.
