RFP 8992-0-2022/AB Ryan White Part A Core and Support Services

The City of Norfolk (“City”), acting as the administrative and fiscal agent for the Norfolk Transitional Grant Area (“TGA”) (which includes the cities of Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Poquoson, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach and Williamsburg and the counties of Gloucester, Isle of Wight, James City, Mathews, and York in Virginia; and Currituck County in North Carolina) seeks to contract with qualified subrecipients for provision of Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part A core and support services for qualified individuals as determined by the Greater Hampton Roads HIV Health Services Planning Council (“Council”) under the Program. The principal intent of the funding is the provision of services to persons infected with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (“HIV”) and to those who have clinically defined Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (“AIDS”). Funds must be used to develop and support a continuum of care for persons living with HIV/AIDS in the TGA specifically addressing unmet housing and medication needs. Proposals are requested to identify Offerors with the capacity to specifically address these unmet needs.
