On-Call Hazardous Materials Abatement Services

The City of Rancho Cordova (City), Department of Public Works, is seeking the submission of proposals from qualified Contractors for the provision of On-Call Hazardous Material Abatement Services. Should a contract be executed as a result of this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Contractor will be expected to perform on-call services consisting of emergency and non-emergency abatement and disposal of hazardous materials within the City of Rancho Cordova as designated in this RFP. This RFP contains all of the information and documents necessary to prepare and submit a responsive proposal. Contractors are cautioned to read all the documentation provided. Contractors will be responsible for complying with all requirements identified herein. The City expects any contract resulting from this RFP to begin work on January 1, 2026 and the contract will be in effect for a period of forty two (42) months, with an option to extend contract for another twenty-four (24) months upon satisfactory completion of work.
