(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology services to the government authority located in Mequon, WI.– Firewall:– Ability to remote in and manage the firewall 24/7.– Assist with rule configuration.– Assist with WAN/LAN management.– Assist with configuration of policies.– Monitor security.– General networking or switching:– Assist with switch management.– Assist with license, license management, and warranties with switches.– Assist with advanced troubleshooting.– Help desk:– Provide telephone and/or remote–based support via software agent, preferably a helpdesk with established hours of operation, minimally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.– Endpoint detection and response:– 24/7/365 monitoring for PC/workstations, servers, network, firewall, and overall IT environment.– Ability to deploy and manage antivirus.– server back–up:– Assist with monitoring backup systems.– Assist with recovery operations.– Microsoft 365 tenant management:– Assist with license management including billing or invoice.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 22, 2026.
