Dump Truck Rental with Driver

This Request for Bid (RFB) is for establishing multi-year, annual contracts for Dump Truck Rental with Driver for the Sacramento County Department of Transportation, Maintenance and Operations Section. Such services will be requested on an “as needed” basis during the contract period, and shall be provided in accordance with the specifications, special provisions, terms and conditions set forth herein. The initial contract period will be for one year from the date of contract awards, estimated June 1, 2024. To promote efficiency and economy, the County reserves the right to renew the contract period for four (4) additional one-year periods, for a total of five years, upon mutual agreement between the Contractor and the County. The county reserves the right to award more than one contract for these services and to allocate the work in the best interests of the County. The County does not guarantee a minimum amount of work.
