Notice is hereby given that bids MUST be electronically submitted via said eProcurement Portal, no later than Proposal Submission Time , Pacific Standard Time (PST), on Proposal Submission Date at which time, the County will access and evaluate all bids in accordance with the County of Solano’s specifications and contract documents.
