Description

Omfattar tillsyn, skötsel och mindre avhjälpande underhåll av hissar och rulltrappor inom Fastighetskontorets fastighetsbestånd. Uppdraget ska utföras av en fast dedikerad tekniker och inkluderar drift, tillsyn samt mindre avhjälpande underhåll inom ramen för den fasta ersättningen. Målsättningen är att säkerställa hög driftsäkerhet, god tillgänglighet och ett proaktivt underhåll av anläggningarna. Område 2 omfattar tillsyn, skötsel och avhjälpande underhåll av hissar och rulltrappor inom Fastighetskontorets fastighetsbestånd. Den fasta ersättningen omfattar tillsyn och skötsel. Avhjälpande underhåll ingår inte i den fasta ersättningen utan utförs efter beställning och ersätts enligt avtalets rörliga priser. Målsättningen är att säkerställa hög driftsäkerhet och god tillgänglighet i anläggningarna.
