Description
The County of Volusia has certain County owned parcels that do not fit into the County’s land use plan. These properties have been declared surplus property by the County in accordance with Fla. Stat. Sec. 125.35 and are offered for sale pursuant to the same Fla. Statute. The County’s assessed values of these properties are based upon the Property Appraiser’s assessed value. The County Council has authorized the sale of the (20) surplus properties listed in Exhibit II – Surplus Property.
