(1) Vendor needs to provide Sitecore website technical support and development service. – Solution Partners to provide technical support for website.– Provide ongoing front–end and back–end developer support for website, including website maintenance, troubleshooting, and development of new components, page templates, and enhanced features.– Provide technical knowledge transfer, options and recommendations for technical solutions, and training services upon request, including Sitecore development best practices, template inheritance, placeholder management, versioning, and content architecture.– Provide ongoing Sitecore front–end and database support, as well as general DevOps support, with clearly set response times and detailed severity levels.– Provide general website enhancements and custom development services on an–as needed basis under pre–established hourly rates.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
