Carter Water Treatment Plant (WTP) located at 2029 East Avenue Q, and 700 East Avenue S, respectively. This is a one (1) year contract with four (4) one-year renewal options. Work shall consist of annual janitorial services with a detailed list of tasks described more in depth in the Scope of Work section.
