CONS-22187 - USA (Las Vegas, Nevada) - Research Laboratory Renovation Service - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide research laboratory renovation service to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV. – The Contractor shall be responsible for unloading, handling, placement, anchoring, utility connections, and all other work required for complete installation as indicated in the contract documents.– The Contractor shall construct the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract requirements prepared by the design team.– All labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, testing, and closeout activities necessary to complete the laboratory renovation shall be provided by the Contractor in accordance with the contract documents.– Coordinate all activities associated with both projects to minimize disruption to Cooperative Extension operations and to ensure efficient execution of the work.– Responsible for coordinating sequencing, scheduling, site access, utility interruptions, inspections, and closeout activities for each project, while maintaining separate contract administration requirements.– Provide and maintain a construction schedule identifying the date on which the site will be ready to receive the Conex Box.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
