Washington Street Building Remodel Project

The Plans and Specifications for the Washington Street Building Remodel Project are available in Attachment G-Plans and Specifications for the Washington Street Building Remodel Project. Before submitting bids, bidders must fully inform themselves of the conditions, requirements and specifications of the products or materials to be furnished. Bidders hereby agree that the services offered will meet all the requirements of the plans and specifications in the Invitation for Bid. Bids failing to comply with this requirement will be considered non-responsive. Prior to award of the contract, the Contractor shall possess a Class B Contractor’s License issued by the State of California Contractor’s Licensing Board. Failure of the bidder to obtain the required license before award of the contract constitutes a failure to execute the contract.
