Project 3050 RTP Campus – RTP Campus Renovations

Renovation of two existing buildings on the RTP campus to incorporate the Biotech Capstone RTP. Renovation to include the existing clean room to accommodate a real-world aseptic lab as well as a plant sciences lab for the degree program. There are also other miscellaneous renovations including wood slat ceiling replacement, student services office rework, and science lab upgrades. Site work to include a new surface lot for industry parking and infrastructure for a grant funded greenhouse.
