(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural design services to the government authority located in Upper Darby, PA.• Professional consultants to provide comprehensive architectural design services for the development.• After approval of the conceptual plan and layout, the consultant will prepare detailed architectural design plans and construction documents in coordination with the Township Engineer.• Architectural design of the new Community Center shall include to, landscaping, site lighting, ADA accessibility, LEED/green infrastructure considerations, utility coordination as required, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
