Pre-Qualification for Engineering and Architectural Services (3-Year Pool)

The City of Rosenberg is seeking an agreement with qualified Individuals, Firms, or Corporations to provide Engineering & Architectural Services for the City of Rosenberg. Each respondent will be scored for each category of service. It is not expected that every firm will have experience in every category. The City will create a pool of pre-qualified engineering and architectural firms for each of the below categories who will then be contacted for proposals as projects come up throughout the pre-qualification period of three (3) years. Contracts will be issued for each project individually on an as-needed basis. The City is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering and architectural firms with experience and expertise in the technical areas of engineering and architecture for the following categories of service: Traffic Engineering Services Roadway Design Water and Wastewater Design Drainage Systems Design and Analysis Land Surveying General Engineering Services for small, multi-disciplinary projects Landscape Architecture General Architecture Services for small, multi-disciplinary projects
