(1) Vendor needs to provide campus bookstore operations and digital course materials services to the government authority located in Lake Jackson, TX. • Provide serve as college’s exclusive partner for the management and operation of on–campus bookstore services. • Operate the bookstore in a manner that reflects the mission, values, and reputation of college while maintaining a customer–focused retail environment that supports student success and enhances the overall campus experience.– Online Bookstore and E–Commerce Services:• Maintain an online bookstore platform that allows students, faculty, staff, and other authorized users to purchase textbooks, merchandise, supplies, and other approved products through a secure and user–friendly online ordering system.– Merchandise and Retail Inventory Management:• Maintain sufficient inventory levels of institutional merchandise, branded apparel, gifts, school supplies, technology accessories, convenience items, graduation materials, and other retail merchandise approved by the college.• All merchandise displaying college trademarks, logos, or branding shall comply with all applicable licensing requirements established by the college.– Bookstore Operations:• Operate and manage the college bookstore as the exclusive on–campus provider of approved retail bookstore services.• Bookstore operations shall include the sale and distribution of college–approved merchandise, school supplies, technology accessories, graduation–related items, academic materials, limited physical textbooks, and other products necessary to support the campus community.– Physical Course Materials:• Maintain sufficient inventory levels of physical textbooks, printed course materials, and specialized academic materials required for courses or programs where print materials remain necessary.• Inventory management practices shall ensure timely availability of required materials for students and faculty.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
