(1) Vendor needs to provide video sharing solution.– Provide a Video–as–a–Service solution, prefers a video–as–a–service.– Provide a minimum output video resolution from the video platform of 480P to 240P with a target of 480P. – Provide a software solution that can transform any monitor into a video wall. – The solution must allow for a customized view for as many monitors as there are available and can populate the screen with a dynamic number of feeds. – AI and/or Machine learning is used within your Video as a service solution and with video analytics. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.
