Citywide Document Imaging

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enable the City Clerk's office (City Clerk) to identify and select a Contractor to produce high-quality master images, and technical metadata as specified herein. The selected Contractor will have the experience necessary to provide a tracking and management system for the scanning process. Images will be of a variety of objects, which include but are not limited to, letters, colored receipts, photographs, documents, large folded out sheets, drawings, and charts. The records are to be converted from paper and microfilm to digital Portable Document Format (Archival).
