(1) Vendor needs to provide payment processing system. – Provide a payment gateway, One Card, and POS solution.– This will include processing payments for tuition, debit/credit cards at POS terminals, and payments using the One Card ID.– The payment gateway must:• Be a turnkey installation with configuration and support originating from one source• Be easy and fast to install without placing a demand on Citadel resources• Integrate in real time with Ellucian Banner, including mobile solutions• Be scalable to incorporate future system expansion• Provide a validation service for online payments by check.• Provide a convenience fee model for online credit and/or debit card payments.– Solution shall allow the agency to securely integrate custom developed shopping carts and applications with a web–based payment processing service.– Provide for disaster recovery via geographic diversity– On–line integrated student payments– System should have the ability to load email addresses from Banner.– The electronic payment system must update the student’s account in real time. Describe your system’s ability to post payment transactions in real time.– Provide students with the ability to make payments, view scheduled payments, access account balances and activities on mobile devices– The system must allow financial aid to be included in the payment plan.– Hosted Web–Based Cashiering reports(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
