(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise backup storage refresh services.– Solution must include:• Replacement of existing Commvault hardware appliances at the primary and disaster recovery locations.• Hardware, software, licensing, and support required for a fully operational Commvault backup and recovery environment.• Implementation and configuration services necessary to migrate from the existing infrastructure with minimal disruption to University’s operations.• Integration with the University's existing Commvault environment and backup workflows.• Inclusion of Commvault Cloud Air Gap Protect as a secure, isolated disaster recovery target to strengthen ransomware protection and cyber recovery capabilities.– Solution that provides scalability, reliability, security, and improved recovery performance while aligning with industry best practices for data protection and disaster recovery. – System configuration, migration planning and execution consulting, project management, documentation, and post–implementation system validation to support a successful deployment and knowledge transfer. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
