(1) Vendor needs to provide Microsoft application development service. • Provision of Microsoft application development services including but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem, as well as other Microsoft application development tools as may be required • The D365 CRM system should allow to create a sensitivity label that can be added to documents that contain sensitive data.• The D365 CRM system allows the assignment of different templates to specific groups so users only see templates relevant to their work.• The D365 CRM system should have the ability to create, track, and manage cases from initial submission to closure. • The D365 CRM system should support the creation; assignment; routing; escalation and prioritization of cases based on custom predefined criteria.• The D365 CRM system should be able to automate routine tasks such as case assignment; routing; status changes; data entry; and notifications.• The D365 CRM system will automatically notify a case owner when a case has been assigned to them.• The D365 CRM system should have advanced search capabilities; including keyword search; filters; and advanced query options; to refine search results.• The D365 CRM system should have search functionalities to enable users to seamlessly locate; access and retrieve specific records.
