ORANG B219 UPGRADES TO LIGHTNING & FIRE PROTECTION: Work shall include but not necessarily be limited to: Removal of existing high expansion foam system and replace existing lightning protection system. Fire protection upgrades will not require alteration to the existing fire utility service. Only the lightning protection improvements require civil consideration. Conventional design & construction methods will be utilized. Engineer's Base Bid Estimate Range: $1,300,000 to $1,500,000 A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held 8/18/2026 at 10 a.m. PST at Kingsley Field ANG Base, Building 221, Klamath Falls, OR 97603. Interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting. A site visit will also be held following the meeting.
