(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based digital signage system. • Provide cloud–based digital signage solution that provides a reliable, centralized communication platform.• Improve communication with veterans, caregivers, visitors, and staff through strategically deployed digital displays.• Provide a centralized content management platform capable of managing all government–approved digital signage content from a single cloud–based solution.• Provide a scalable commercial platform capable of supporting future growth through the addition of displays, locations, and users without replacement of the core management platform.• Providing all connectivity required for operation of the system.• Configuring and commissioning all installed equipment.• Performing functional testing prior to government acceptance.• Providing system administrator and end–user training.• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance.• Providing software updates and license management.• Provide government personnel with sufficient training and documentation to effectively administer day–to–day content management functions.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) This bid is set aside for service–disabled veteran owned small business.
