Community Project Funding/Congressionally Directed Spending (CPF/CDS): Construction

This is a non-competitive announcement for Community Project Funding/Congressionally Directed Spending (CPF/CDS) Facilities and/or Equipment ("Construction") Projects that will be funded through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Congress appropriated funding in the Further Consolidated Appropriation Act 2026 P.L. 119-75 for CPF/CDS projects that support the construction and renovation (including movable equipment) of health care and other facilities. Eligibility: Organizations named by Congress to receive specific amounts of funding for specific construction-related projects under the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026, (P.L. 119-75).
