Description
The City of Pasadena is seeking a qualified consultant to provide construction management including on-site inspection services, and construction materials testing for the Holly Street Bridge Seismic Retrofit and Rehabilitation Project. This project is federally funded through the Highway Bridge Program (HBP) administered by California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). Services to be provided shall adhere to the federal requirements. The selected Consultant will be required to oversee and manage all construction activities related to the project, supporting the day-to-day operations of City staff.
